Check-in Check-out
- Check-in is after 15:00 h.
- Check-out is before 12:00 p.m.
- In case of late arrival after 18:00 h., please inform us. We will send you self check-in instructions.
- If you would like a late check-out or early check-in , please ask for confirmation.
Working hours
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cleaning
- When you want to clean your apartment, please let us know at a convenient time for you
- Our wonderful cleaners are available every day from 10 am to 5 pm
In Gardenia it is forbidden to:
-
- smoke inside the rooms and all indoor premises, additional fee of EUR 100 will be added to the bill.
- Keep materials and/or items dangerous to the health and life of others in the building.
- Take out and move furniture in the rooms.
- Damage hotel property.
- Bad mood
Rules for accommodation
- Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are required to submit a personal document for registration.
- The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
- Guests are responsible for all damage and missing items in the apartments where they are accommodated. In case of damage, they will be charged.
- Belongings forgotten by the guests are kept up to 6 months, and courier costs for their return are at the expense of their owners.
